- Proposal Validity and Acceptance: Proposals issued by Evotik.com are valid for 14 days. Accepting our proposal involves signing a contractual agreement and settling the initial subscription fee, officially commencing our partnership.
- Communication and Requirements: You are expected to furnish all necessary project details upfront. Post-delivery, you must provide feedback within 1 week, with a maximum allowance of 3 weeks. Delays beyond this may incur additional charges.
Development and Delivery
- Project Execution: Development timelines are estimated upon request submission. While we offer unlimited revisions, they are accounted for within the project timeline. In the event of force majeure, we pledge to compensate the lost time at no extra cost.
- MVP Definition and Adjustments: The MVP’s scope is determined at the project’s outset. Any changes suggested during its development will be carefully considered for immediate implementation or deferred to subsequent phases.
Post-MVP Engagement and Subscription Terms
- Ongoing Development: Post-MVP, you are welcome to submit unlimited feature requests. These will be tackled sequentially based on the set priorities, ensuring alignment with your strategic vision.
- Maintenance Commitment: We ensure the operational integrity of your application, contingent upon an active subscription.
- Subscription Flexibility: Our engagement is sustained through an active subscription, which can be adjusted by mutual consent to suit evolving project needs.
Intellectual Property and Legal Compliance
- Intellectual Property Rights: Full ownership of the code, documents, and all deliverables produced by Evotik.com during our engagement is transferred to you.
- Liability Limitation: Our mandate is delivering functional software solutions; outcomes related to business performance or revenue generation fall outside our purview.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from our engagement will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where Evotik is registered.
Service Requests and Prioritization
- Unlimited Requests: Clients are encouraged to submit as many service requests as they deem necessary. Our team will categorize these requests into distinct features, each requiring a certain number of development sprints, typically spanning 1 to 2 weeks.
- Processing and Priority: We commit to processing one request at a time based on the client-set priority. The turnaround time for each request or feature will be determined by the estimated number of sprints required for completion.
Refunds and Subscription Management
- No Refunds Policy: Given the high-quality nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy. We ensure our clients receive the utmost value and quality in every engagement.
- Subscription Pausing: Clients have the flexibility to pause their subscription. While refunds are not issued for the remaining time in the current month, we will roll over the unused balance to the next billing cycle. For the purpose of these terms, a “month” constitutes 22 working days.
Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
- Unlimited Revisions: We are committed to our clients’ satisfaction. To this end, we offer unlimited revisions on delivered work. The scope and duration of these revisions will be defined in terms of additional days of work or sprints, depending on the time required to achieve the desired result.
General Provisions
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by UK. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
